Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency network. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating agency partners to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent relationship management capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales channels and agency dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify potential agencies and channel partners for business collaboration.
  • Recruit and onboard new agency partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Conduct induction and product training sessions for new agencies.

Agency Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, resolving issues and supporting their sales efforts.
  • Monitor agency performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Set sales targets and business goals for agencies in the assigned region.
  • Support agencies in developing sales strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Drive initiatives to increase agency revenue and market share.

Training & Development

  • Organize regular training programs and workshops to upgrade the skills of agency personnel.
  • Ensure agencies are updated on product launches, promotions, and policy changes.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the agency network.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze agency sales performance and pipeline.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on agency metrics and business growth.
  • Ensure agencies comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
