We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Managers for our Agency Channel. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and the drive to build and manage a high-performing team of advisors.

Department: Agency Channel

Experience Required: Candidate should spend at least 1 year in current organization

Any Sales experience is Okay

Candidate should be presentable with good communication skills along with the knowledge of their current org. product

Maximum age should be 38 Years

Females candidates are required at least 70% in the zone, advisor, etc

Education: Graduation is mandatory

CTC: 4.5 to 5.2 LPA

Industry: Insurance / BFSI

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Function Area: Sales, Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and activate advisors as per the defined plan

Ensure monthly activation and productivity of active advisors

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with advisors

Regularly evaluate advisor performance and assist in career progression

Acquire new customers (face-to-face or digitally) and generate revenue

Conduct daily joint field calls (minimum 2 per day)

Attend weekly review meetings with your manager

Participate in all training and development programs

Ensure compliance with company policies and process
