**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Agency Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to build a strong network within the assigned region.
- Develop strategic plans to grow the agency channel and enhance agent productivity.
- **Sales and Business Growth**:

- Drive sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and collaborating with agency partners.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, ensuring that agency goals align
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic planning.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the agency vertical and recommend appropriate actions.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all operations within the agency vertical adhere to regulatory requirements a
- Identify potential risks and implement effective risk management solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹331,814.94 - ₹1,596,204.67 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
