Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Business and Financial Management : Improve collection and legal recovery & Delivering Targets communicated by Collections Head
  • Customer Focus : Build strong relationship with customers / Visit delinquent 90+ customers / Look after Repossession activities, Police Station visit etc.
  • People / Team : Co-ordination with out-sourced agencies for NCL Collection, Managing field collection team for agency in collaboration with team lead, Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes.& Appointment of Agencies at required locations
  • Process / Quality Improvement : Ensure regulatory compliance & adherence to management model, Monitory all collections processes within the area including branch Cash reconciliations
  • Managing NCL collection through off-role field collectors
  • Leading and coordination with off-role field staff
  • Collaboration between off-role and branch team for smooth functioning
  • Achieving given targets for recovery
  • Empanelment of Collection Agency as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills :

*Minimum 3 years of quality experience preferably in Collections and Recovery with proper excel proficiency and computer knowledge.

*Prior experience in Handling Agencies and Team Handling.

*Any specific specialization/education: Minimum qualification graduate.
