Role Overview

We're looking for a 
Creative Director
 who can lead our creative vision — from concept to execution — across branding, campaigns, video, and digital platforms.

You'll be the driving force behind Impactrix's visual identity and creative strategy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team across design, content, and video verticals.
  • Conceptualize and oversee 360° campaigns — from pitch to delivery.
  • Translate client briefs into strong visual narratives and storytelling ideas.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all creative output.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and performance teams to align creativity with results.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and techniques to elevate the agency's creative edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital, or branding agencies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand design, and digital storytelling.
  • Leadership mindset — able to inspire, mentor, and manage a creative team.
  • Sharp sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and luxury communication.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
