To do that, we need a Senior Creative Director – Art who can steer creativity with vision, taste, and speed.

The Role

As Creative Director – Art, you'll lead the charge on campaigns that work everywhere — from a 30-second TVC to social to a 6-second reel. You'll shape concepts, guide art + copy teams, and make sure every idea is both on strategy and impossible to ignore. A sharp eye for design and a decent grasp of copy will help you balance visuals with words to create standout work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead campaigns across social and digital media
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage art + copy teams to push creative boundaries
  • Turn briefs into powerful, clutter-breaking ideas and visual stories
  • Partner with strategy, account, and production teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure top-quality creative delivered on time, every time
  • Keep the team tuned into new formats, design trends, and creative tech

What You Bring

  • 8- 10 years of experience in advertising, across digital
  • A strong portfolio of campaigns that prove both craft and impact
  • Expertise in design, visual storytelling, and brand building
  • A working understanding of copy to balance words with design
  • Leadership skills that can drive teams and inspire great work
  • Comfort presenting and defending ideas to clients with conviction
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines without losing the creative edge
