Who You Are:

You're a driven and results-oriented sales professional with
3–5 years of experience
in business development or client acquisition (
bonus points if it's in digital marketing agency services
). You thrive in fast-paced environments, love building meaningful relationships, and have a proven track record of turning opportunities into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, connect with, and convert high-potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle —
    prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Understand client goals to offer tailored branding, marketing, and digital growth solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and value.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve and
    exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
    through a consultative, strategic approach.
  • Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, leads, and forecasts using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in business development, sales, or client acquisition (
    agency or creative industry experience is a strong plus
    ).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of
    digital marketing, branding, or web solutions
    is a strong advantage.
