Job Description
Taking care of the assigned territory and its dealers and fulfilling/completing the set goal/target from the assigned territory.
* Proper coordination with hierarchy in the team about the planning and execution set goal/target.
Key Responsibility
Branding & Planning
•Selection and proposal of Customers for the branding.
•Planning and Execution of BTL & ATL Activities with CTS Team.
•Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
•General Management
•Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
•Experience in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, new market development.
•Experience in dealing with Contractor's & Applicators of Site.
•New market identification and development.
•Competitors update and Identify new market potential
•Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
•Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer's real-time needs
Area of Specific Knowledge
•Knowledge of Paints & Putty.
•Have good Knowledge of Channel Sales.
•Awareness of Specifications and BOQ.
•Clarity of role in Construction of
•Architects/Contractors/Applicators.
•Basic knowledge of Paints and its technology.
•Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
