Role Description

The Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for driving customer engagement and market development. This role combines 
sales and marketing functions
, including lead sourcing, client interaction, market research, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate excels at strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building to effectively serve customers and expand market coverage.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management.
  • Cultivate and maintain client, distributor, and partner relationships.
  • Execute consultative selling and prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, electrical equipment, or consumer product sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across electrical, FMCG, and consumer product sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain client, distributor, and partner relationships.
  • Execute consultative selling and prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, trade events).
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Measure and analyze campaign impact using KPIs such as lead conversion and engagement metrics.

General & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise sales and marketing teams to enhance performance.
  • Manage campaign and initiative budgets efficiently.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all activities.
