Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation: Proactively find and qualify new business leads (colleges, institutions, clients).
• Sales & Closure: Present and sell Career Mantra's educational services to achieve monthly targets.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Strategy: Conduct market research and implement effective sales strategies.
What You Bring
• Proven success in a sales or business development role (preferably in Education/Ed-Tech).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
