Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Handle walk-in customers and leads from social media/online ads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage lead generation through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of real estate residential experience in Gwalior.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Own vehicle for site visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
