Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Handle walk-in customers and leads from social media/online ads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage lead generation through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of real estate residential experience in Gwalior.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Own vehicle for site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
