About the Role

Netlarx is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing market research, identifying and managing vendor relationships, and driving business growth through innovative planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential vendors.
  • Search, evaluate, and onboard vendors that align with company goals and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new opportunities and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and innovative methods to expand business.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business plans to management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in business development or vendor management is an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on performance in the interview and overall experience.
