Job Title: Sales Executive Property Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Property / Real Estate Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in property sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, calling.
  • Present and explain property features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain proper records of sales inquiries, customer interactions, and deals closed.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Sales/Marketing/Business).
