Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Business Development / Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager / Hospital Administrator
Location: ITM Hospital & Research Centre, Gwalior (or as applicable)
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, generating leads, building relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral partners, and achieving patient inflow and revenue targets through effective marketing and field sales activities. Attractive incentives will be provided based on performance and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate companies, TPAs, insurance panels, and referring doctors.
- Promote hospital services such as health checkups, specialty clinics, surgeries, and wellness programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and corporate HR teams.
- Conduct field visits, camps, and marketing activities to increase patient footfall.
2. Corporate & Doctor Tie-ups:
- Coordinate and finalize empanelments with companies, institutions, and TPAs.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate clients for employee health camps, check-ups, and medical partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with local practitioners and clinics for patient referrals.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and patient inflow targets as assigned.
- Track and report conversion ratios from leads to patient visits/admissions.
- Support hospitals revenue growth through new business opportunities.
- Earn monthly incentives based on performance, new tie-ups, and patient conversions.
4. Marketing & Outreach Activities:
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure hospital visibility in the community.
- Gather feedback from patients and partners for service improvement.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, diagnostic, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of patient referrals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of hospital services, healthcare marketing, and local market dynamics.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 13 years in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience with hospital tie-ups, TPA/corporate empanelments, or patient acquisition campaigns.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, field-based role with flexible working hours as per hospital requirements.
