Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Manage field sales activities, including visiting retail stores to promote company products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
- Execute marketing campaigns at the ground level, ensuring effective execution of plans.
- Collect data on customer feedback, preferences, and concerns to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related field (FMCG Marketing).
- Strong understanding of field work principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to collect accurate data from various sources (e.g., surveys) for analysis purposes.
