Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Executive located in Gwalior. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solar energy solutions. Daily tasks will include generating leads, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and presenting proposals effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and develop strategic sales plans
- Team collaboration and organizational skills to coordinate with internal teams and drive client satisfaction
- Knowledge of renewable energy products, particularly solar energy solutions, is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work onsite in Gwalior, and travel as needed for client meetings or site visits
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is considered a plus
