Acharan News, one of Gwalior's most trusted media groups with a legacy of 55+ years, is looking for a Marketing & Ad Sales Manager who can bring in advertisements, partnerships, and digital growth opportunities for our newspaper and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate advertisement revenue by building strong relationships with businesses, brands, and agencies.
  • Identify and onboard new advertisers, sponsors, and partners for print and digital platforms.
  • Create and present customized ad packages, proposals, and media plans to clients.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) to expand brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow Acharan News' social media presence for ad-driven promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
  • Coordinate with editorial and creative teams to deliver effective ad campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI for advertisers.
  • Stay updated with trends in media sales, advertising, and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Ad Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in Media/News industry).
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing & Paid Ads (Google, Meta, YouTube).
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about revenue growth.
  • Ability to handle clients, vendors, and agencies professionally.
