We are currently hiring for Sales Officer in Gwalior

Job Specification:-

  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in sales OTC, General Trade & Modern Trade, preferably in the OTC Pharma industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of team handling and achieving business growth targets.

Job Description:-

  • Manage and drive sales for General Trade and Pharma/OTC channels within the designated territory.
  • Appointment of Super Stockist and Distributors.
  • Plan and execute the sales route for daily market visits to maximize coverage and improve product penetration.
  • Daily market visit and cover 30-35 retailers daily basis as per monthly travel plan.
  • Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and promotional activities.
  • Regularly review and report on sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
