Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Willingness to travel and visit field offices as required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong capability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Proven experience collaborating with teams and achieving sales targets
  • Background in branding, marketing, or design services is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
