5.00 pm to 2.00 am IST
Responsibilities:-
- Sales & Business Development:
- Prospect and identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, doctor's practices) in the US healthcare market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate RCM solutions and services, highlighting their value to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client-specific RCM challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers on best practices in RCM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Market Expertise:
- Stay informed about the evolving US healthcare landscape, regulations, and payer policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and its financial processes is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claim submission, denials management, coding, and patient billing.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Key Skills & Knowledge Areas
- Revenue Cycle Management
(RCM):
Deep understanding of patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial management, and collections. - US Healthcare Regulations:
Awareness of compliance requirements, payer rules, and the impact of regulations on RCM processes. - Sales & Client Management:
Demonstrated ability to prospect, sell, and manage client relationships to achieve business growth. - Technology:
Familiarity with healthcare billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
