We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management
. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets.

  3. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

  4. Sales Strategy & Planning:

  5. Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives.

  6. Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.

  7. Client Relationship Management:

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.

  10. Lead Management:

  11. Monitor and manage incoming leads through CRM tools.

  12. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of potential deals.

  13. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  14. Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

  15. Provide insights to management for better decision-making.

  16. Reporting & Documentation:

  17. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  18. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  19. Event & Project Promotion:

  20. Plan and execute property site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions.

  21. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets and sales cycles
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (with at least 2 years in a managerial role)
