**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist at Vastu Real-Estate in Pune. The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Real Estate Sales, Contract Negotiation, providing superior Customer Service and expertise in Residential Real Estate.

**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Real Estate Sales with a focus on Residential properties
- Excellent Contract Negotiation skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Real Estate License required
- Experience with property management is a plus

Applicants should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Applicants must have the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment, to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
