Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing AVP/VP Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role for a dynamic sales professional with proven success in B2B sales within commercial real estate, interiors, construction, or allied industries.

The individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships, while working closely with the leadership team to shape business strategy.

Location: Mumbai (with travel as required)

Reporting To: CXO / Business Head Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build a strong enterprise client pipeline across MNCs, corporates, coworking operators, and startups.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry sectors.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Establish and nurture CXO-level client relationships to drive large-ticket mandates.
  • Represent Cos in pitches, presentations, and industry forums.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.

Market Development & Partnerships

  • Leverage networks with IPCs (CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Knight Frank), landlords, and developers to source qualified leads.
  • Stay on top of market trends, leasing cycles, and real estate movements to generate opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with ecosystem players to strengthen sales funnel.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Work closely with design, operations, and delivery teams to create winning proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align sales efforts with long-term business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, with exposure to commercial real estate, design-build, interiors, or construction.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-crore, large-ticket enterprise deals.
  • Strong connects with corporate real estate decision-makers and IPC networks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • MBA/Engineering from reputed institutions preferred.
