Job Overview:

The Director – Facultative (Sales) is responsible for leading and managing sales strategies for facultative reinsurance products. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Director will oversee a team, manage key accounts, and ensure alignment with market needs and company objectives.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for facultative reinsurance products to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet sales goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion.

Analyze market trends and client needs to adjust sales approaches and product offerings.

Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to ensure competitive and compliant solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in facultative reinsurance sales with proven leadership experience.

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

In-depth understanding of facultative reinsurance products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
