Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the domains of structural design and architectural services, handling tender submissions, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of structural design and architecture services.
- Manage end-to-end bidding process on GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portals, including preparation of documents and timely submission.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
- Initiate contact and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track communication using CRM or internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align proposals with client requirements.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations when required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or tender bidding (preferably in Structure design or engineering services).
- Proven experience in working with GEM portal and other tendering platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
