Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Specialist will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying partnership opportunities. Additional responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting in the development of strategies to expand the business. The role demands proactive collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with market needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, measure performance, and refine strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
