Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualification Specialist to manage and convert leads generated through WhatsApp. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base for Updatrr and Prizma OTP Login. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, understanding client needs, and scheduling crucial next steps.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify how Updatrr and Prizma OTP Login can provide solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Updatrr and Prizma OTP Login.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
- Schedule demo calls or setup calls for qualified leads with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead management, customer service, or inside sales, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
