Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Gurugram. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving sales efforts. The role involves conducting inside sales activities, maintaining regular communication with clients, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business growth targets. Additional responsibilities may include preparing sales reports and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented approach
