Zanta.Tech is a growing technology-driven company focused on building scalable solutions for businesses. We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and contribute to our lead generation and sales pipeline building.
Role Overview
As a BDR, you will be responsible for scouting leads, prospecting, and initiating outreach to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and business team to identify target accounts, build a strong pipeline, and generate qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects across industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other outreach tools.
- Qualify prospects and schedule initial conversations/demos.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on lead generation activities and progress.
Requirements
- Based in
Gurgaon
(on-site role). - Available for
4–5 hours per day
(flexible timing within IST). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship/experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
