Zanta.Tech is a growing technology-driven company focused on building scalable solutions for businesses. We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and contribute to our lead generation and sales pipeline building.

Role Overview

As a BDR, you will be responsible for scouting leads, prospecting, and initiating outreach to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and business team to identify target accounts, build a strong pipeline, and generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects across industries.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other outreach tools.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule initial conversations/demos.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates on lead generation activities and progress.

Requirements

  • Based in
    Gurgaon
    (on-site role).
  • Available for
    4–5 hours per day
    (flexible timing within IST).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Previous internship/experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
