Role - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Company - A global experiential learning organization that equips students aged 11 to 18 with real-world entrepreneurship and skill-building experiences.

Location - Gurugram - 5 day work from office

  • Works with corporates, schools, NGOs, and learning providers to create meaningful internship, mentorship, and project opportunities.
  • Operates across multiple cities, focusing on building partnerships, community engagement, and youth development programs.

Frontline business development professional responsible for identifying and engaging new corporate, course, and community partners, building a pipeline of internship and partnership opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams for partner activation. Focused on B2B outreach, relationship management, and pipeline generation, supporting organizational growth and strategic initiatives.

Purpose

To expand pipeline of corporate partners, course partners, and community partners by driving outreach and building relationships that generate supply (mentors, volunteers) and demand (paid internships, courses).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new corporate partners to supply mentors and projects.
  • Develop course partner relationships (schools, NGOs, learning providers).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of internship demand (paid internships targeted at $150,000 revenue in 2026).
  • Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Operations Manager to ensure successful partner activation.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure outreach systems are scalable.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales or business development, ideally in edtech or corporate B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with professional outreach skills.
  • Self-starter with resilience and ability to deliver results under pressure.
