Role Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and generating opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, engaging potential customers through various communication channels, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach strategies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, offering flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients and build relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate results
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a growth mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales will be an advantage
