Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote PhD research assistance, publication support, and R&D services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable research and development solutions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure lead conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, scholars, and academic institutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills (English mandatory).
- Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
- Ability to explain research and development services clearly to potential clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in telesales, academic sales, or research service sales will be an added advantage.
