
Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to lead and support our telesales team. You will make calls to potential customers, explain our products or services, and help close sales. You will also help train new team members and support them in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
Explain product features clearly and answer customer questions.
Follow up on leads and try to close sales.
Help team members with difficult calls and share tips to improve performance.
Keep records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
Help train and guide junior telesales staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques.
Comfortable using computers and phone systems.
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
