Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to students, researchers, and professionals to explain company services.

  • Handle inbound calls and provide clear information about research assistance, thesis, and publication support.

  • Convince and guide clients about suitable services based on their needs.

  • Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.

  • Work with the sales and admin team to achieve monthly targets.

  • Provide basic customer support and forward complex queries to the respective team.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate/BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA

  • Freshers and candidates with telesales/telecalling experience can apply.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil (or regional language).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

  • Ability to convince and handle clients politely.

  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
