We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Telesales) for our Research and Development team. The role focuses on promoting PhD research assistance, journal publication, and academic support services through telesales and client communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients (PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions) via calls and emails.
Explain our research and development services and generate business opportunities.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain lead databases and ensure consistent follow-up.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Ability to handle academic/research-related discussions confidently.
