Job Overview
Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy and customer relationship management while possessing strong communication skills to drive sales and support our academic services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies for diverse academic guidance services. (Mandatory skill)

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey solutions and build rapport with clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in cold calling to reach potential clients and pitch our academic support services.
- Skilled in negotiation to achieve beneficial outcomes and close sales effectively with clients.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to convincingly present our services to prospective clients.
- Effective closing skills to ensure successful completion of the sales process and client acquisition.
- Experience in lead generation to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for academic guidance services.
- Engage in proactive communication with prospective clients through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the research team to understand service offerings and deliver solutions effectively.
