Sales Executive – Chirix ERP Role Overview
The Sales Executive – Chirix ERP is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and driving sales of Chirix ERP solutions. This role focuses on understanding customer business challenges and positioning Chirix ERP as the right solution for manufacturing, trading, chemical, and process-based industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Maintain and update leads in CRM systems.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Conduct product presentations and demos of Chirix ERP to prospective clients.
- Understand business processes and explain ERP benefits in a simple, value-driven manner.
- Coordinate with functional consultants for requirement discussions and demos.
Sales Pipeline & Closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market & Customer Analysis
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams after deal closure.
Required Skills & CompetenciesSales & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ERP solution selling.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or process industries is an advantage.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presentation and demo skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Technical Awareness
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in business-friendly language.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus.
Languages
- English, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi (Preferable).
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in ERP, IT software, or B2B solution sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may apply.
