JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Department: Sales / Marketing / Customer Service

Location: AZHAHIAMANDAPAM

Job Summary:

The Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in the database.
  • Follow up with interested customers for conversions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and offers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Report feedback, issues, and suggestions to the supervisor.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Email).
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: +2 / Diploma / Any Degree
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Salary:
  • 8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
  • Incentives based on targets achieved

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
