
Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining positive client relationships through telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve call scripts and conversion rates.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Good computer and CRM handling skills.
- Fluency in English and regional languages.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in IT, software, or service-based sales.
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp product details efficiently.
