Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to scholars and researchers.
  • Explain services related to research paper support, data analysis, and academic assistance.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with potential clients.
  • Work towards achieving monthly targets.
