Executive - Telecalling/Sales

Role :
The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to students and researchers, explaining PhD assistance services, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with students, researchers, and institutions.
Explain services like proposal writing, thesis support, research paper help, etc.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.
Maintain and update lead and client data properly.
Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the business development and academic teams for smooth service delivery.
Build a good relationship with clients and handle basic queries.
Share client feedback and support continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling calls and client interactions.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-driven and positive attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (education or service industry preferred).
