Executive - Telecalling

We are looking for a Telecaller to talk with customers over the phone, explain our services, and maintain good relationships. The role involves making calls, sharing information, and following up with interested clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients
Explain company services clearly and politely
Maintain a daily call report and follow-up list
Handle customer queries and provide correct information
Keep records of calls and client details in the system
Follow up with interested leads regularly
Support the sales and marketing team as needed
Skills Required:
- Good communication and listening skills
Confident and polite while talking on the phone
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualification :
- Any graduate or diploma holder
Experience :
- Freshers or candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service are welcome
