We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive to join our research and development domain team, specializing in PhD research paper assistance and guidance. The role involves reaching out to prospective scholars, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into clients through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective PhD scholars.
- Explain research paper support services clearly and professionally.
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant details.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of academic or research processes (preferred).
- Ability to build rapport with scholars and clients.
- Confidence in handling phone-based conversations.
