The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for talking to potential clients, explaining services, and helping the company increase sales from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential clients to explain services.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain client records and update sales databases.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Share client feedback with the team to improve services.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools.
  • Confidence in handling calls and client queries.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/telecalling/inside sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
