Role Overview :
- Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with students, researchers, and professionals over phone/email, explaining the company's services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Call and follow up with potential clients to explain services (PhD guidance, research paper support, editing, etc.).
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
Maintain and update client database (leads, follow-ups, conversions).
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-4 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer handling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
