We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Research and Development team. The role involves reaching out to potential PhD scholars, researchers, and academic institutions to promote research assistance services. The candidate will handle client interactions, explain service details, and convert leads into active projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Explain our PhD research and academic services clearly and professionally.
  • Generate leads and maintain follow-ups with interested candidates.
  • Record daily communication updates and client details.
  • Support the business development and research teams in achieving targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of research and academic processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: Freshers or candidates with telesales experience preferred
