Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Research and Development team specializing in PhD research assistance and academic services. The role involves communicating with research scholars, understanding their project requirements, and promoting our research support solutions. Candidates should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with a passion for academic and research-oriented sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact PhD scholars and academic clients through calls and emails.
- Explain research assistance services and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly for lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the research and marketing teams to meet sales targets.
- Ensure excellent client communication and satisfaction.
