Client Relationship Executive (Female)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Nagercoil

We are looking for a Female Client Relationship Executive with 1–2 years of experience and a pleasant personality to manage client interactions and support our service delivery team. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and able to build positive rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Manage client communication through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain client interaction reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Eligibility

  • Female candidates only.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing / customer relations.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Should be based in or willing to work in Nagercoil.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
