Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute effective telesales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
