Panacorp Software Solutions is a research and development organization dedicated to providing assistance and guidance to PhD scholars. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives.

  • As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

  • Maintain and update the customer database.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements:

Education: Any bachelor's degree.

Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).

  • Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to engage customers.
